Research Submission Policy

Research enters a moderated workflow before it can become public.

Workflow

Draft → Submitted → Under review → Approved or Rejected → Published. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication.

Author responsibilities

Authors must own or have permission to submit the work, disclose sources accurately, avoid plagiarism, protect participant privacy, and comply with applicable research-ethics requirements.

PDF access

Authors choose View only or Allow download. YMRH may apply access controls and viewer watermarks, but no technical control can guarantee prevention of every screen capture.

Corrections and removal

YMRH may request corrections, reject, unpublish, or remove material that violates policy, law, safety, or third-party rights.
